Refunds & Returns Policy

If your item was damaged in transit or you’ve received an incorrect order, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]

We accept returns for website orders of stocked items for a refund within 30 days as long as the items are unused, in as new condition and still in the original packaging. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the purchaser. We will require an order number or invoice number as proof of purchase. Please contact us for return address details.

We can not accept returns of made to order products such as Signs or custom padlocks.
